1. General introduction
Insulating powder coatings are mainly composed of epoxy, polyester resins, fillers and metal powders with good conductivity, which are mainly used for antistatic and antistatic electricity. Such as hospital operating rooms, computer rooms, precision instruments, etc.
2.Products
Electrically conductive powder coatings are available for indoor and outdoor applications.
3.Physical properties
Specific gravity (25°CCg/cm'): 1.4-1.6
Particle size distribution: 100% less than 100 microns (can be adjusted according to the special requirements of on-the-go installation)
4.Curing conditions
200°C/10min (solid temperature)
5.Average coverage
8-10 m²/kg, film thickness 60 microns (to 100% powder coating
Usage Calculation)
6.wrap
Packed in cartons, lined with polyethylene inner bags, net weight 20 kg per carton.
7.Storage requirements
Store in a ventilated, dry and clean room below 30 °C, not close to fire and heating, avoid direct sunlight, and it is strictly forbidden to stack it in the open air. Under these conditions, the powder can be stored stably for 90 days. After the storage period, the test can be re-conducted, and if the results meet the requirements, it can still be used.
8.Health & Safety
This powder coating is a non-toxic product, but dust inhalation should be avoided during use. It is recommended that operators wear appropriate dust masks and glasses.

Concentrate: 1. The above test uses 0.8mm thick derusting, degreasing cold-rolled steel plate, and the thickness of the coating film is 60-80 microns
2. The performance indicators of the above coating film may change with the change of color. |
