1. General introduction
High-temperature powder coating is a special functional powder coating composed of special resin and high-temperature resistant pigment and filler, which has good high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and color stability, and is used for the coating of workpieces such as smoke exhaust pipes, barbecue grills, heat exchangers, etc.

It can provide heat resistance of 230°C °C for 6 hours, 250°C for 3 hours, 300°C for 2 hours, etc., customers can choose according to different requirements.

Specific gravity (25°C.g/cm): 1.4-1.6
Particle size distribution: 100% less than 100 microns (can be adjusted according to the special requirements of coating)
Curing conditions: 230°C/15min (workpiece temperature)

8-12 m²/kg, film thickness 60 microns (based on 100% powder coating usage)

Packed in cartons, lined with polyethylene inner bags, net weight 20 kg per carton
6.Storage requirements
Store in a ventilated, dry and clean room below 30 °C, not close to fire and heating, avoid direct sunlight, and it is strictly forbidden to stack it in the open air. Under these conditions, the powder can be stored stably for up to one year. After the storage period, the test can be re-conducted, and if the results meet the requirements, it can still be used.
7.Health & Safety
This powder coating is a non-toxic product, but dust inhalation should be avoided during use. It is recommended that operators wear appropriate dust masks and glasses.
