Construction technology
1. Base layer treatment: The surface of the base layer should be smooth, solid, clean, without sharp corners, oil stains, open water and cracks.
2. Detail processing: Fill the remaining groove with sealing material according to the design requirements (quick plugging method); before construction, pre-process the yin and yang angles and pipe roots into arcs or obtuse angles, cover them with mesh cloth, and apply multiple layers of paint. brush.
3. Large-surface painting: first wet the base layer and saturate it but no water, use a brush to apply the waterproof coating on the treated base material, and proceed to the next process according to use (an interval of more than 2-4 hours). The direction of one coat of paint should be perpendicular to the direction of the previous coat (at 90°C) to achieve full coverage.
4. Closed water test: After the coating film is completely dry (estimated to be 3-5 days), block the drain outlet to store water. The water storage depth should be no less than 20mm, and the water storage time is 24 hours. If the water surface does not drop significantly, it is qualified. .
